Description  

Recognizing the unique design and nature of the centerless grinder, this class provides an in-depth examination of how the centerless grinder itself and its components (grinding wheel and regulating wheel selection and profile) can effect the throughput and quality (part roundness, chatter, and surface finish) of the centerless grinder operation.  Methods are presented to help teach the attendees common problem solving techniques which will assist them resolve the issues that presently plague your production processes.

This three-day seminar is designed to be focused on centerless grinding.

This course is led by respected industry experts who have extensive background in grinding industry applications and a detailed knowledge of grinding technology, grinding wheels and metalworking fluids.

  Portions of this course are in the shop at Centerless Rebuilders Inc. in New Haven , MI providing attendees a unique opportunity to gain first hand knowledge of the centerless grinder and its operation.
